A turnkey contract, this waterworks is uncompromisingly designed for optimum delivery reliability and low maintenance. Built as two completely separate waterworks supplied by separate wells and controlled by separate PLC control cabinets, it even has two separate clean water tanks. In the case of a problem it is possible to completely isolate and bypass one production line until it can be fixed, no matter where in the supply the problem is.
In order to optimize durability, the entire pipe system is welded in black polyethylene (PE).
Based on the raw water composition, the solution consists of three filters in each production line. The first filter removes iron, the second filter removes ammonium, and the third filter is used for arsenic removal. The reduction of arsenic is so efficient that the result is far below the threshold of 5 μg As/l and even below the limits of detection.
