Make-up water for power plant in Slovakia

SILHORKO-EUROWATER has supplied water treatment technology for boiler makeup water with respect to low maintenance and optimized running costs.

The reverse osmosis unit is normally operated as double pass. If a larger quantity of treated water is needed, the unit can be operated in parallel mode as two single pass unit.

The goal is to achieve silica concentrations less than 20 ppb SiO2 in treated demineralized water. Local SE control panels enable operational status signals transmission to superior central monitoring and control system of the power plant.
